Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt in der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Fachapplikationen aus dem Bereich der öffentlichen Verwaltung auf Basis von Microsoft Technologien, angefangen vom technischen Design über die Konzeption und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter Software Lösungen bis hin zur Erstellung von automatisierten Testläufen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie mit Ihrer Fachkompetenz die Projekte in der Angebotsphase.

Anforderungsprofil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Software-Entwicklungsprojekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von

- Entity Framework
- .NET Sprachen (C#, XML, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET)

Role Purpose:

Positie

Als Technisch Projectleider ben jij de spin in het web tijdens projecten in dit domein. Vaak begin je met het coördineren en aansturen van IT assessments. Vervolgens ben je de spil in projecten als daar zijn, de invoering van Cloud en SDDC concepten, het consolideren, moderniseren en verhuizen van rekencentra, de implementatie van storage omgevingen en werkplekmodernisering. Profiel

Communicatief, gestructureerd, zelfstandig: Als Technisch Projectleider functioneer je op het raakvlak van techniek en organisatie. Je hebt de juiste drive en ben je in staat de juiste balans tussen techniek, commercie en kwaliteit te bewaken. Je bent gesprekspartner op IT-management niveau en denkt tactisch mee met onze opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast weet je jezelf ook goed staande te houden tegenover een technisch IT Infrastructuur georiënteerd publiek. Van de Technisch Projectleider wordt uiteraard verwacht een team te kunnen motiveren producten te leveren die voldoen aan de gestelde plannings- en kwaliteits-eisen. Duidelijke communicatie in woord en geschrift (zowel Nederlands als Engels) is cruciaal. De Technisch Projectleider helpt Unisys bij het herkennen van ‘opportunities' en het uitbouwen van bestaande klanten (cross- en up selling). Ervaring en opleiding
- WO/HBO niveau in een relevante Informatica richting
- Ervaring met Hybrid IT / Infrastructuur / Software Defined Datacenter (met bij voorkeur enkele technische certificeringen)
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als Technisch Projectleider
- PRINCE2 Foundation of IPMA-D gecertificeerd

The responsibilities of our 2nd level support are, but not limited to, working closely with Service Desk operations facilitating them to structure support information and expand knowledge. Day to Day Work


Purpose of role:

The Transition Knowledge Manager is responsible for building knowledge content - both process and technical knowledge - for one of the clients of Unisys, coordinating knowledge changes and implementing the changes for all delivery teams.

Key responsibilities / outcomes:
- Knowledge Transfer Activities: collect information and knowledge about customer IT organization, processes, IT infrastructure, applications, etc. which will need to be disseminated and structured in order for Unisys to be able to deliver contracted services to our customer. At times, the candidate will be required to travel to the customer site to conduct these knowledge transfer activities;
- Knowledge Transfer activities will benefit the Service Desk, Unisys Deskside Support & Infrastructure Teams (SMC, SOC, etc.)
- Be able to coordinate and lead the knowledge management stream for a new account implementation, with little supervision from management and successfully implement the KM product;
- Be able to deliver customer assessment documents, contractually required, and, at times, assessment documents that will help recruitment or the project's implementation manager.
- Implementation of the Help Files - process repository tool used by the Service Desk to diagnose and route incidents. You will be expected to, structurally, write strong and coherent low-level work instructions specific to a customer;
- Build technical articles/solutions to include in a knowledge base, which will be used to solve technical queries and raise Unisys Resolvable incidents;
- Build training materials/modules and deliver, when required, the first session to all Unisys delivery staff;
- Contribute to the implementation and set-up of the ITSM or other ticket logging tools Production Environment for each new client;
- Enter Information in SharePoint Website Collections;
- Participate, actively, in Improvement plans and Implementation of Change Requests that will be beneficial to the Global Operations;
- Monitor/track project milestones relating to the team's deliverables and fulfill any other associated administrative tasks.
Professional experience:
- A minimum of 2 years proven track record as a successful knowledge manager, project manager or transition manager in an IT Managed Services environment is a must
- A proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in the knowledge management field is required
- A proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in transitions in an IT Managed Services environment is required
Education and qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
Technical skills:
- Excellent MS Office Skills, including MS Visio and MS Project
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of network and systems management is an advantage
- Knowledge of call logging tools such as ServiceNow or BMC ITSM Remedy is required
- Experience in the use of Knowledge Management tools such as Service Knowledge Management, Remedy KM, SNOW KM, RoboHelp or other industry standard knowledge bases
Language skills:
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Good written English is mandatory
- Fluency in German or French is an advantage

What are your responsibilities?

As part of an enthusiastic and professional team, working on different projects for our clients in the Financial, Public and European Institutions sector, you will:
- Contribute to the development of our business in the IT security area;
- Help Unisys to become a Leader in IT Security and become a leader in IT Security yourself;
- Bridge the gap between pure consultancy and solution implementation.
In order to meet these objectives, you will assist Senior Consultants in:
- Security-related projects (network security, biometrics, IT security audits, IT security risk analysis, …);
- Requirements-gathering for the client;
- Analysis of security requirements, document outcomes and decisions;
- Investigating potential solutions that meet the client requirements;
- Design of deployment architectures, either in laboratory or for the client;
- Testing of security solutions that have been identified in the scope of the project;
- Proof of Concepts of identified security solutions for our clients;
- Preparation of roll-out plans for the client;
- Roll-out of security solutions at client site;
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team for large and more complex projects, ensuring that the overall project objective is met;
- Working with our internal tools in audits to determine the status of the security measures at the client;
- Preparing reports based on the outcomes of the tool's findings;
- Managing your planning over multiple simultaneous assignments;
- Reporting progress and issues to your manager;
- Helping in identifying new opportunities for business development.
What should you bring to us?
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology or Industrial Engineer degree or have a first relevant experience;
- You are eager to evolve in the domain of security and infrastructure consultancy and have the ambition to grow to an expert level;
- You want to be a team-player, but you can also work independently;
- You have a good command of English; ideally you have a good working knowledge of Dutch and/or French;
- You are in the possession of a driving license B;
- This position may require some short assignments abroad within Europe.

Kvalifikationer:

Du ska ha erfarenhet av och kunskaper om:
- Grundläggande kunskaper om nätverk
- God kännedom om servrar, både hård- och mjukvara
- Storage systemer
- Affärskritiska system
- Goda kunskaper i engelska
- Kunna ta eget ansvar och lösa problem på egen hand

Det är ett krav att du har någon form av datateknisk utbildning och helst en A+ certifiering.

- Position full Cloud and security services portfolio within identified target accounts to create value for the client;
- Leverage partners to incorporate the proper solution set(s) based upon the client's business requirements.
Your skills and experience: As the ideal candidate, you:
- Have a significant proven prior experience of selling and winning new business (deals from $5-10M) on the Belgian market and creating high value, complex deals within IT services/solutions;
- Have strong industry expertise, required technical skills and a thorough knowledge of the

IT marketplace, industry segment, competition and suppliers in order to be able to leverage the Unisys value proposition;
- Have in-depth knowledge of business drivers within the industry and emerging trends in the IT on the Belgium market, including competitive landscape;
- Have an active network on CxO-level on the Belgium market;
- Have demonstrated successful experience in opening new accounts, including making initial contacts and presentations;
- Are a deal closer, who actively participates in developing the solution;
- Are a self-starter; mature in rapidly finding your way internally and externally;
- Have extensive communication and negotiation skills to ensure that client needs are listened to and understood;
- Are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English, both verbally and written.

EMEA Transition and Project Management Services Director

The Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) Transition and Project Management Services Director is responsible for the successful execution of all Transitions and Projects within EMEA. This person is responsible for all pre-sales support, transition and project execution, staffing, financial accountability, escalations, CSAT and all other aspects of transitions and projects. This role will report into the global Transition / Project Services executive and dotted line report into the EMEA region executive.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversees the execution of all transitions and projects in EMEA and ensure compliance with Unisys standard operating procedure and transition methodology.
- First point of escalation for any issues, responsible for all financial performance, schedule, CSAT, metrics, etc.
- Pre-sales support of all EMEA deals and global opportunities that may involve EMEA. This includes orals presentations, review of cost models and proposals, etc.
- Staffing of all transitions / projects within EMEA
- Participation in Unisys global transition / project initiatives
- Interacts with customer IT management (including executive management), internal Unisys services organizations, and vendor partners as required.



Qualifications

- Transition experience as a former TM or part of a Transition Team.
- Works well in team environment
- Skills and experience in managing complex services projects.
- Exemplary project management and customer management abilities.
- Must have a thorough understanding of client and server-related services processes and technologies. Must be able to manage related project financials. In-depth ability to assess, manage, and remediate project risks.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 10+years relevant experience.
- 50-75% or more travel may be required.
- Experience managing large international staff
- Understands global companies and culture
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- ITIL and PMI certification is preferred.
- Multi-lingual preferred (English, French, German)
