Unisys Global Services Hungary (UGSH) opened its Budapest office in January 2007 providing business process outsourcing and technical help desk services to its prestigious clients across Europe.


Day to Day Work


Role Purpose:
- Provide technical support over the phone and via e-mail to external, corporate end users calling with IT-infrastructure problems who require assistance in using their systems or applications.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct technical faults and guide the caller through the necessary steps to restore functionality.
- Be responsible to either solve the calls yourself, or assign and chase those calls that you cannot fix yourself, until functionality has been restored.
- Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues.
- Active participation in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level, detailed on the UGSH Quality Portal by considering all relevant objectives, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Native/close to native to German
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Considerable familiarity with MS Office Suite 2003 particularly and the Windows environment in general
Shifts and Working hours:

You will work in various shifts that will include working on weekends and nights. Further information will be provided on the job interview.

Day to Day Work

French speaking Service Desk Agent in Pécs

Role Purpose:

Provide technical support over the phone and via web or e-mail to external, corporate end users calling with IT-infrastructure problems who require assistance in using their systems or applications.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:
- To troubleshoot, diagnose and correct technical faults, using technical and diplomatic skills, and guide the caller through the necessary steps to restore functionality.
- Responsible to either solve the calls yourself, or assign and chase those calls that you cannot fix yourself, until functionality has been restored.
- Working together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues.
- Actively use knowledge base to resolve problems and raise any knowledge gap identified
- Active participation in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level, detailed on the UGSH Quality Portal by considering all relevant objectives, policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Close to native knowledge in French
- Advanced level knowldege in English
- Experience in a telephone technical support position, giving support to end-usersis an advantage
- Considerable familiarity with MS Office Suite 2010 particularly and the Windows environment in general
Job Specific Skills:
- Stress resistant, experience in dealing with a novice and /or low-skilled customer base and able to impart knowledge at various levels
- Aptitude for quick learning of technical and procedural topics; a self motivating and self-learning work approach
- Ability to work on multiple, dissimilar activities simultaneously;an analytical mind and excellent team player

- Handle coordination of more complex cases
Key Qualifications:
- Close to native in Hebrew, fluency in English
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- At least user level computer literacy, troubleshooting experience is an advantage
- Working hours are scheduled between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm (from Sunday till Thursday)

Fluency in English

Fluency in French/Italian/German is an advantage

Good communication and problem solving skills

Full time between 4.00 am and 8.00 pm, 8,5 hours/day

IT Systemspezialist Client Virtualisierung (w/m)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Wir bieten Ihnen führende Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Arbeitsplatz Virtualisierung und -Bereitstellung, wobei Sie gemeinsam mit dem bestehenden Team und mit dem Kunden die Einführung von Lösungen begleiten. Durch Ihr fachliches Know-how in der Presales-Phase klären Sie technische Details ab. Zu Ihren weiteren Aufgaben zählen die Ausarbeitung von Konzepten, Anforderungsanalysen und Designspezifikationen sowie die Umsetzung von Client-basierten Virtualisierungslösungen. Sie übernehmen eigenständig Verantwortung für Projekte und bauen stetig Ihr spezielles Fachwissen in innovativen Technologien aus.
Anforderungsprofil
- Expertise und Erfahrung in Design und Umsetzung von Client Virtualisierungslösungen (z.B. VMware, Citrix, Microsoft) in Enterprise Umgebungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Applikations- und Client Management Lösungen
- Freude an Beratung, Lösungsentwicklung und Umsetzung gemeinsam mit dem Kunden
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
- Hoher Qualitätsanspruch bei der schriftlichen Erstellung von Konzepten sowie Angeboten
- Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
