Day to Day Work

French speaking IT Service Desk Agents in Budapest

Role Purpose:

Provide technical support over the phone and via e-mail to external, corporate end users calling with IT-infrastructure problems who require assistance in using their systems or applications.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:
- To troubleshoot, diagnose and correct technical faults, using technical and diplomatic skills, and guide the caller through the necessary steps to restore functionality.
- Responsible to either solve the calls yourself, or assign and chase those calls that you cannot fix yourself, until functionality has been restored.
- Working together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues.
- Active participation in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level, detailed on the UGSH Quality Portal by considering all relevant objectives, policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in English
- Native/close to native knowledge of French
- Working in shifts between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm in case of full time or part time
- Experience in a telephone technical support position, giving support to end-users
- Considerable familiarity with MS Office particularly and the Windows environment in general
Job Specific Skills:
- Stress resistant, experience in dealing with a novice and /or low-skilled customer base and able to impart knowledge at various levels
- Aptitude for quick learning of technical and procedural topics; a self motivating and self-learning work approach
- Ability to work on multiple, dissimilar activities simultaneously;an analytical mind and excellent team player

Senior Sales Executive - New Business Development

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for identifying and accelerating new business, with a focus on

End User Services, Cloud and Integration Services, Application Services and

Security Solutions, in Belgium. In order to meet these objectives, you will:
- Define and implement account development plans for the selected target accounts;
- Actively prospect and develop new client relations, match client business problems to services/product portfolio offerings and qualify, negotiate and close business;
- Position full Unisys portfolio, with a focus on End User Services, Cloud and Integration Services, Application Services and Security Solutions, within identified target accounts to create value for the client;

- You are willing to evolve to a Sales Manager position in 2-3 years, while you still remain active in new business development.
Your skills and experience: As the ideal candidate, you:
- Have a proven track record of 5-to-10 years selling and winning new business (deals from $5-10M) on the Belgian market and creating high value, complex deals within technology services/solutions, specifically in End User Services, Cloud and Integration Services, Application Services and / or Security Solutions;
- Have strong industry expertise, required technical skills and a thorough knowledge of the

IT marketplace, industry segment, competition and suppliers in order to be able to leverage the Unisys value proposition;
- Have in-depth knowledge of business drivers within the industry and emerging trends in the IT on the Belgium market, including competitive landscape;
- Have an active network on CxO-level on the Belgium market;
- Have demonstrated successful experience in opening new accounts, including making initial contacts and presentations;
- Are a deal closer, who actively participates in developing the solution;
- Are a self-starter; mature in rapidly finding your way internally and externally;
- Have extensive communication and negotiation skills to ensure that client needs are listened to and understood;
- Are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English, both verbally and written.

EMEA Transition and Project Management Services Director

The Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) Transition and Project Management Services Director is responsible for the successful execution of all Transitions and Projects within EMEA. This person is responsible for all pre-sales support, transition and project execution, staffing, financial accountability, escalations, CSAT and all other aspects of transitions and projects. This role will report into the global Transition / Project Services executive and dotted line report into the EMEA region executive.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversees the execution of all transitions and projects in EMEA and ensure compliance with Unisys standard operating procedure and transition methodology.
- First point of escalation for any issues, responsible for all financial performance, schedule, CSAT, metrics, etc.
- Pre-sales support of all EMEA deals and global opportunities that may involve EMEA. This includes orals presentations, review of cost models and proposals, etc.
- Staffing of all transitions / projects within EMEA
- Participation in Unisys global transition / project initiatives
- Interacts with customer IT management (including executive management), internal Unisys services organizations, and vendor partners as required.



Qualifications

- Transition experience as a former TM or part of a Transition Team.
- Works well in team environment
- Skills and experience in managing complex services projects.
- Exemplary project management and customer management abilities.
- Must have a thorough understanding of client and server-related services processes and technologies. Must be able to manage related project financials. In-depth ability to assess, manage, and remediate project risks.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 10+years relevant experience.
- 50-75% or more travel may be required.
- Experience managing large international staff
- Understands global companies and culture
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- ITIL and PMI certification is preferred.
- Multi-lingual preferred (English, French, German)

Anforderungsprofil
